Additionally, current administrative guidelines, such as applying the daily rate table for tax-exempt wages under a double taxation agreement (DBA), will be examined.
Recent Federal Fiscal Court rulings, such as those concerning flat-rate taxation under § 37b EStG, will also be discussed.
If further changes arise, the content will be updated in real time to ensure optimal preparation for the 2025 payroll.
